Nanshan Aluminum has a complete global aluminum industry chain in the same region, including power, alumina, electrolytic aluminum, high-end casting, extruded aluminum profile, thick plate rolling, sheet rolling, aluminum foil rolling, and various alloy forging. Its terminal products are widely used in aviation, automobile, rail transit, ship, power, container and other fields. At present, it has become the supplier of cutting-edge aviation materials in the world to aircraft manufacturers such as CRRC, Comac of China, Boeing of the United States and Safran of France, as well as many world-class enterprises such as BMW and GM. Part of the industrial wastewater treatment facilities in the aluminum company cannot meet the requirements of the new environmental protection index, so it needs to be upgraded and reformed. This project is three factories of Nanshan Aluminum Company. One plant requires the capacity of newly built sewage treatment equipment to be Q≥500m³/d for oxidation, the other plant requires the capacity of newly built sewage treatment equipment to be Q≥200m³/d for spraying, and the third plant requires the capacity of newly built sewage treatment equipment to be Q≥500m³/d for oxidation.
Difficulty in waste water:
Aluminum company production wastewater mainly comes from surface treatment workshop, which is divided into anodic oxidation surface treatment workshop and painting workshop, considering the national development trend of more and more strict with environment, the sewage treatment facilities after modification, processing wastewater quality on the basis of meet the relevant standards to improve sewage treatment requirements, All the required indexes are treated by half on the basis of the national standard, which requires higher overall design and operation stability of the sewage station.
The waste water discharged after this transformation can also be not discharged in the greening and watering season, and used for the green ring watering in the factory, and the remaining part is discharged into the water pipe network of the group company to save the cost of greening water.
